Lauren rolled the bowling ball so slowly that it took forever for it to

reach the end of the lane. Philip and Ladybug had plenty of time to sit

and watch for a while! Ha!

Celebrating a strike!

On Friday, January 9th, we celebrated my birthday in Knoxville at Peerless resturant. It was every bit as delicious as I had expected the steaks to taste. My wonderful parents were generous enough to pay for EVERYONE there! Lauren had a good time walking around the table and taking pictures of everyone..er...um I mean "blinding" them with the flash. It's so cute how excited she still gets when it is someone's birthday. When she was a toddler, Lauren would say the words "happy day" instead of the word birthday.

I received some nice gifts, and afterwards we went bowling. I wasn't ready to go home after dinner, but I wanted to do something fun that Lauren could enjoy. We had a blast with Wayne and Becky. I love spending time with them!
